Services are provided only under a separate written service agreement between you and Domus Life LLC, which sets out scope, deliverables, term, and fees. Where these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your pricing and operations, third-party platform behavior, and search and advertising algorithm changes. We do not warrant any specific result, ranking, lead volume, conversion rate, or revenue. Individual results vary. Past client results are not a guarantee of future performance.

If you engage our services, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information reasonably required to perform the work;
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes;
• Ensure all materials you supply are accurate, and that you hold the rights necessary for us to use them; and
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies governing your industry and advertising claims.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photography, and code — is owned by Domus Life LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use our trademarks or content.

Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, processes, and know-how.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Domus Life LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or materials or claims you supplied for use in your marketing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
